Every time a provider enters a charge transaction, order, or clinical note for a patient using any of the Commure Pro applications, the diagnosis codes associated with that item are added automatically to the patient’s problem list. In the Problem List module, providers can view all of the problems that have been recorded for a patient.Documentation Index

Problem List At A Glance
The Problem List module opens with the selected patient’s current problems listed in an easy-to-scan Summary.- The module header shows the number of current problems for the patient, such as “Problems (7 of 7).”
- The patient heading row shows the selected patient’s name, age, gender, location, code status, and an additional identifier such as DOB, MRN, or account/visit number. An asterisk after the code status indicates that there are additional comments. You can tap on this heading to go directly to the Patient Details module, where you can view the code status comments, as well as other details for the patient.
- Each problem is summarized on a separate line with the Problem description, the Date of Onset, the ICD-10 Code, and the problem’s Status.
- To view the details for any problem on the Summary list, see Viewing Problem Details.
